What Network Operators are Saying about IP Pay

Recently, there was a discussion on one of the industry user-group forums regarding the pros and cons of the IP Pay platform.

Charles,

I want to express my gratitude to you and the IP Pay staff for the two hour conference call we had today with all the necessary staff. Today, IPPay took the time to explain why things are the way they are and what is different between the way Authorize.Net and IP Pay. Although, I had heard many of the advantages when we first met, I probably did not do a good job of explaining to my staff how and why IP Pay can achieve lower rates to its customers. Matt and John did a great job of walking my staff through the different reporting options and pointed out several shortcuts of which they were unaware. It is humorous how when people get used to doing things one way, they often resist doing it another way, even though it may be better, simpler and less expensive.

I applaud your efforts in developing IP Pay and the business model which focuses on our industry. Today’s call would rate as “Excellent Performance”. Keep up the good work and continue to listen to your customers and adapt the product to best fit their needs.

Respectively,
Rick Harnish

We have been using IP Pay for about 6 months now without a single issue. All of our transactions are automated through our billing server (Rodopi) and it works faster than our previous processor did. No issues here, and the money shows up in 1-2 days instead of 4-6 days before. :)

We have been using ippay for 7 or 8 months with no issues at all. We use Platypus and it integrated very nicely with their service.

We are pretty happy with them and their rates are better as well.

Hello,

We have been on IP Pay for about 2 months now. It is integrated into our billing software, Freeside, and we have not had any problems with IP Pay. With IP Pay they answer the phone every time and help us with our questions very quickly. Not to mention we are saving about 50% off our CC costs we had with QB.

Thanks
